World without Blindness Program
The latest advances in science and the latest knowledge in the field of human studies in general (this applies to medicine, biology, neurophysiology and psychology, however, as well as mathematics, physics and chemistry) make it possible to assert that a person is able to “see”, that is, perceive information about the form and the properties of the objects around him, without using the organs of vision. To do this, you just need to go through a training program according to the appropriate methodology.
Academician Natalya Petrovna Bekhtereva in November 2000 at the World Congress “Results of the Millennium”, held in the Tauride Palace in St. Petersburg, announced the discovery of a new human property – “Direct vision”, i.e. about a person’s ability to see without the help of his eyes.
By now, scientifically confirmed objective evidence of the existence of this property has already been obtained. Moreover, methods based on the method of VM Bronnikov have been developed and continue to be improved for teaching the visually impaired and absolutely blind to alternative vision, registered as the discovery of “Direct vision”.
The World Without Blindness program begins its movement around the planet from our city – St. Petersburg, famous both for its outstanding scientists and advanced ideas and undertakings.
The World Without Blindness Program is led and implemented by organizations such as:
- World Committee of the “Third Millennium” under the leadership of Javier Perez de Cuellier
- Directorate of the Academy of “Human Science” Director Alexei Nikolaevich Kadochnikov (St. Petersburg)
- “Human Brain Institute” RAS Director Svyatoslav Vsevolodovich Medvedev (St. Petersburg),
- “International Academy of Human Development” President Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Bronnikov (Moscow).
For two years in the “Institute of the Human Brain” under the leadership of Academician Natalya Petrovna Bekhtereva, research work has been carried out to study “Direct vision”.
NP Bekhtereva, in her article published in the journal “Science and Life” No. 7, 2001, writes about teaching vision with closed eyes for both sick and healthy people who do not suffer from visual impairments. Such “superpowers”, obtained as a result of systematic training, today can be demonstrated by hundreds of people who have undergone training. They can participate (and do participate) in teaching the blind and visually impaired, in medical diagnostics and scientific research, allowing them to start creating a model of a new type of man “Conscious Man – Homo Consciens”, which is replacing Homo Sapiens.
The implementation of the “World without Blindness” program opens up new and new opportunities for Man and Society. At its first stages, along with training blind and visually impaired children in specialized schools in St. Petersburg, large-scale research work and the expansion of training of trainers-instructors who know teaching methods are envisaged.
Currently, over 70 million blind people are officially registered in the world who cannot be helped by traditional methods of treatment. At the same time, there is a tendency in the world to reduce the quality of human vision. Deterioration of visual function also occurs due to the impact of computer technology and other technogenic factors.
The proposed program “A world without blindness” opens up an unprecedented opportunity in solving many of the most difficult problems in the field of vision. It can be officially stated that a person who is blind from birth or who has completely lost his sight is able to acquire an alternative way of seeing – “Direct vision”.
The effectiveness of improving vision when teaching children under 14 years of age is over 80 percent, the effectiveness in adults is over 50 percent.
Special methods of exposure to humans are not performed. The method of VM Bronnikov “Informational development of a person” is based on the development of unclaimed properties and qualities of the brain, which actually exist in every person and participate in the process of REM sleep during a dream.
The long-term practice of Academician V.M. Bronnikov and his specialists has convincing facts about the effectiveness of the method, its powerful health-improving capabilities, and the development of creative abilities.
The method is simple and easy to replicate. The technology of training specialists has been developed. Within 6 months, on the basis of advanced training courses in the training centers of the International Academy of Human Development, specialists are being trained.
At present, the “World without Blindness” program has become widespread in many cities of Russia, the CIS countries and abroad.
The World Without Blindness Program represents an unprecedented medical, social and research program that aims to return to the Society of Healthy People
