The congress is dedicated to the method of “direct” vision, developed by VM Bronnikov. Slightly less than two years ago, after the World Congress “Results of the Millennium” was held in St. Petersburg, it was decided to combine the efforts of scientists, specialists, institutions, organizations to objectify human properties to direct vision, and to check in detail the existing similar facts … St. Petersburg it was not by chance that it was chosen as a place to create the directorate of programs of the World Academy of Humanities. Historically, St. Petersburg was conceived, designed and built as the capital of the Russian state. A huge scientific potential is concentrated in the city, now, on the eve of the 300th anniversary, the issue of recognizing a special status for St. Petersburg – the cultural capital of Russia, and in the UN UNESCO – the status of the cultural capital of the world is being considered. In this way, it was St. Petersburg that became the location of the Academy of Humanities, in which the Direct Vision and World without Blindness programs were born. Organizations that are known to all take part in their development. These are world-class organizations: the Institute of the Human Brain, St. Petersburg State University, the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg Technical University, healthcare institutions of St. Petersburg, educational institutions of St. Petersburg. In addition, leading scientists in various fields take part in the program. The experience of Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Bronnikov and L.Yu. Lozhnikova on acquiring the skills of stable external vision, shows that this usually takes several months. However, developing and improving skills leading to direct vision, may take several years. For people who are blind from birth, i.e. they do not have a corresponding databank, the training time is slightly longer, since the databank must be formed. Thus, the results achieved in the field of teaching and objectifying the phenomenon of direct vision, made it possible to draw a conclusion about the advisability of organizing a specialized educational and scientific center. Its task includes, as a continuation of the study of the phenomenon itself, the development of specialized scientific methods, as well as the preparation of trainers-instructors for the implementation of the “World without blindness” program. the results achieved in the field of teaching and objectifying the phenomenon of direct vision, made it possible to draw a conclusion about the advisability of organizing a specialized educational and scientific center.
