It is not the first year that we have held such meetings with specialists in Moscow and Feodosia. I think that such events will be even more systematic. Of course, we did not invite all specialists, we have a lot of specialists. It is probably even difficult to invite everyone here, because in the future we will hold scheduled meetings with specialists in various cities. Because in each city there are already tens, hundreds of specialists in large cities.

We are now building a certain system so that there is a high organization, high information content, so that all people know what and how it exists. We are trying to gradually transform from the chaotic state of our system into a powerful and serious organized system.

But this is not an easy long journey. Even gathering everyone here and not everyone can and it is very difficult, but there are people. I repeat, for this organization we have created the international corporation EOL. The manager of the company is headed by my son Vladimir. And gradually we will concentrate all my rights, all resources in the corporation. Just so you know about it. Because most people want to contact me personally, but this is already a thing of the past. Why is that? Because I have other goals, tasks, I am engaged in an author’s product, we draw up various documents for a method, for technology. My task is to create a different product. Also, my task is to be engaged in science, because all these products need to have scientific justification, official support, and the third is an assessment. I am dealing with these issues. In this regard, Yuri Mikhailovich Edemsky has been helping me for many years, he will tell you about some points. In addition, my task is to train specialists.

We already have a large team, all of it is not represented here, to our great regret, those people are represented who today need to tell and explain the situation. Our team already includes the largest scientists, the largest experts, the largest lawyers, economists, etc. And at the moment, in order for us to develop normally with you, to be able to exist normally, a social promotion system is unfolding. How to understand this? You can create a lot of centers for human development according to the Bronnikov method, but this is the same thing, how to build some kiosks around the city, in cities, shops – they do not play a special role. We are now creating a whole industry, i.e. it’s a completely different level. Why is that? The first important point, this is due to the fact that after the necessary paperwork for the method (patents, copyrights), we evaluated the method, it was also a long and important work. The method is currently valued at about $ 12 billion in the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Consequently, we are now issuing securities and at a completely different level we are distributing and implementing the method.

The technology of franchising is being developed – the sale and exercise of our rights. Vladimir Bronnikov and Yuri Mikhailovich Edemsky can talk about this in more detail. I can say one thing that starting from September of this year, large-scale work is planned to implement franchising in many regions of Russia. To do this, I want to show you a certain diagram so that you understand what it is. I am currently the head of the creative capital center in the Russian unified exchange system. This unified exchange system was created at the Russian Chamber of Commerce; they promote the method across regions. It is the Russian exchange system that is currently creating PR for us for the regions. Now there are many regions in Russia that are interested in creating our centers on the basis of franchising under the auspices of the administration of these regions. You all know very well that in order to freely move forward officially, you must have permission from above, and you must have approval from above for this system. In this case, the Russian unified exchange system acts as a guarantor and makes us a representative office, contacting the leadership of this region to interest them in participating in our events. This region goes to our coordinator, the coordinator of our system is the Academy of Sciences of Social Technologies, which is headed by Vladimir Patrushev, a leading specialist, social manager in Russia, he is the coordinator of our system. This is the Academy of Sciences. That is, he keeps all records, builds a schedule, the participation of these regions in this program. Before selling franchising to these regions, we have the Moscow State University of Service (writes on the board), which is a platform, a base. On this basis, we train specialists, carry out work under the “World without Blindness” program and will continue to deploy other programs on the basis of this higher state educational institution, which has fifty years of experience. Thirty thousand students study in it, half of them are foreigners.

A representative from the region participates, gets acquainted with our activities at Moscow State University, and seeing our activities, how we do all this, documents are signed with the region on the creation of our center in the region. We are not interested in just selling to someone, we must see to whom it is we will deploy the center in the region, and at the same time they must make sure that we represent ourselves. This is the normal business approach. Then, from this region, the franchising of the international corporation EOL is purchased (writes on the board) and the EOL corporation is training specialists on the basis of the Moscow State University of service for this franchising.
