The basis of the complex system of V.M. Bronnikov-Fekleron-Weiss is built on 12 foundations of the following, as well as on three author’s systems of development and transformation of the personality: “Information development of man”, the system “Holographic human development” and the system “Human Internet”: 

1. The hypothesis of two outstanding modern scientists – pioneers of quantum physics – David Bohm, a student and follower of A. Einstein, and the famous neurophysiologist Karl Pribram, who wrote about the “living form of the hologram” of the human brain.
2. “System movement” by P.K. Anokhin, which makes it possible to understand the isomorphism “from top to bottom” and “from the bottom up” of the functional processes of living formations – from the simplest to the social, and, thereby, to create a system of systems.
3. The theory of D.N. Uznadze, which is a breakthrough beyond the boundaries of understanding a person as a rationally adapted, i.e. adaptable being.
4. The concept of three worlds by K. Popper, which, in contrast to the philosophy of Aristotle, for the first time considers not two, but three worlds: first, the world of physical objects or physical states; secondly, the world of states of consciousness, mental (mental) states, and, possibly, predispositions, dispositions to action; thirdly, the world of the objective content of thinking, primarily the content of scientific ideas, poetic thoughts and works of art.
5. The results of studies of the physical aspects of alternative vision by scientists A.E. Akimov and Yu.P. Pytiev, who investigated the physical nature of the phenomenon.
