“… At present, humanity is in a tough information environment, which is constantly evolving, transforming, more and more new knowledge appears, which immediately become obsolete, replaced by new ones, which also lose their relevance and this process is only gaining momentum.

Scientific and technological progress behaves in a similar way, new technical means appear to replace obsolete ones, the life time of which is becoming shorter and shorter. The classical music education system for many years remains in a rapidly changing environment, gradually becoming obsolete and losing its effectiveness. There is a need for new principles and technologies of teaching that would correspond to the trends of the new time.
