Man is so organized that 77,000 Tantras potentially live in him, in one man. But everything in a person is in a dormant state. It is believed that if a person wakes up, awakens, then these forces will manifest through him and the whole world will shudder, for the reason that there is no more powerful and dangerous substance than a person. Man is the highest creation.
